Terms of service
These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer, purchase products from Mawok Dogwear's webshop https://www.mawokdogwear.com ("Agreement"). It is important that you read through the entire Agreement, including the Privacy Policy, which provides detailed information about the personal data we process, before accepting it. If you have any questions about the Agreement, you can contact our customer service. Contact information can be found in section 1 below.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have your parent’s/guardian’s consent) to purchase products via our Webshop and enter into the Agreement. To place an order for products via our Webshop, you must provide certain personal information about yourself (such as name, email address, address, and mobile phone number).
1. About Mawok Dogwear AB
Mawok Dogwear AB, organization number 559469-4480, is based in Linköping, Sweden ("the Company", "we", "Mawok Dogwear"). The company's postal address is Mandelblomstigen 4, 589 23 Linköping, Sweden. If you wish to contact us, send an email to info@mawokdogwear.com with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you as soon as possible during business days (Monday to Friday).
2. Ordering
When you place an order for products and accept the Agreement digitally, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement. Once you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address. A purchase agreement is only entered into once we confirm your order through the order confirmation. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at info@mawokdogwear.com.
3. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 2-5 days. Please note: Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched at the earliest on the next working day. During Black Friday, Christmas, and other public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. If there are delays in the delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us via email at info@mawokdogwear.com.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices in the Swedish store are stated in SEK, and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list, and incorrect prices due to faulty information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price. Payment is made through the payment methods offered from time to time via the Webshop. Please note that the payment methods offered via the Webshop are provided by an external payment service provider.
5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods from the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the day you (or, where applicable, your representative) receive a product that you have ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
- If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear and unambiguous message to us about your decision to withdraw from the Agreement at info@mawokdogwear.com. To exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. A return label will be provided by Mawok Dogwear via email after a return request is made.
- You should immediately, and no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal, return the products to us.
- If you withdraw your purchase, we will refund the payments we have received from you, except for returns of part of an order where we do not refund the shipping cost. We will wait with the refund until we have received the product back from you or until you have provided proof that you have returned the product, whichever occurs first.
- You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the products due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, and we reserve the right to deduct an amount for such depreciation from the refund amount.
- You are responsible for the return shipping and the condition of the products from the time you receive them. The products should be returned well-packaged and in their original packaging.
- The return shipping cost is 99 SEK.
6. Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before sending them to you. If the product is still damaged when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge. According to the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you, as a consumer, have a 3-year right to make a claim. Only original defects are covered by the right to claim, and it does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear. Claims should be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How to proceed with a complaint:
- Any defects or faults can be reported via email to info@mawokdogwear.com, where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
- If we are unable to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved claims.
- We reserve the right to reject a claim if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of claims, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.
7. Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product unless such indirect damages arise due to gross negligence on our part. We accept no responsibility for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the Company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor conflicts, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or absent delivery from suppliers.
8. Product Information
We reserve the right to make any printing errors on this website as well as for the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

If you have a complaint, feel free to contact us at info@mawokdogwear.com. We offer customer service in the following languages: Swedish and English. As a consumer residing in Sweden, you can use the alternative dispute resolution process provided by the National Board for Consumer Disputes, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, or use the European Commission's online platform for dispute resolution, which you can find here: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
