Refund policy
Returns
You must return the item within 14 days after receiving your delivery. To return a product, follow these steps:
- Return the product in its original packaging and carefully seal the envelope.
- You will receive a return label by contacting customer service.
- Drop off the package at a PostNord service point. Keep the receipt as proof of return.
- A refund will be issued within 14 days after we have received the returned item.
Return Fee
If you exercise your right of withdrawal or right to an open purchase, a return fee of 99 SEK will be charged.
It is your responsibility as a customer to properly return your goods to PostNord. Ensure that the package has the correct return shipping label and is securely packaged. Request a receipt if one is not provided. The return shipping cost will automatically be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Complaints
When shopping at Mawok Dogwear, you receive a 1-year warranty on all products. According to Swedish Consumer Purchase Law, you also have a 3-year right to file a complaint.
Product Warranty
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects that existed at the time of delivery. Original defects must be proven and confirmed by Mawok Dogwear for the warranty to be valid.
The warranty does not apply if no defect is found on the product or if the damage has been caused by you.
How to make a complaint or use the warranty
- Contact our customer service via email.
- Provide a description of the defect and attach clear images of the problem.
- We will assist you through the process and process any refunds as soon as the defective product has been inspected.
Return Shipping
Mawok Dogwear will cover the return shipping cost if you make use of the warranty or the right to file a complaint.
